"Studies of the Canadian population's attitudes and opinions vis-a-vis The Department of National Defence and Canadian defence policies, involvements and issues are reviewed. Of 25 data sources contacted, only two (The Canadian Peace Research Institute and The Canadian Gallup Poll Limited) were able to provide attitudinal data judged relevant to the present review.
