Tele-prof Project : assessment of a remote teaching trial / Paul D. Guild, France Henri, Stuart A. Paterson, William S. Hamilton.: Co22-824/1975E-PDF
"The research project Télé-prof was developed in an attempt to meet the requirements of the bilingualism policy established by the Department of National Defence. One of the directives of this policy recommended that the three Canadian Military Colleges provide syllabuses in both official languages. Further to this recommendation, a program was set up for the long term development of bilingual teaching. The first phase of this program involved the delivery on an experimental basis, of a few courses in French for the officer-cadets of the Royal Military College in Kingston, particularly in the field of Social Sciences at the senior level"--page 1.
