"This document is the final report on the evaluation of the Court Challenges Program (CCP). The objective of this program is to support Canadians in bringing test cases of national significance before the courts to clarify and assert certain constitutional and quasi-constitutional official language rights and human rights. The CCP, reinstated in 2017 to the Canadian Heritage (PCH) portfolio, is funded by the federal government and managed by the University of Ottawa using a further distribution funding model"--Summary, page iii.
