"The problems associated with accidental spills of toxic and also flamable denser-than air gases have gained new importance in recent years with the-greater quantities of these substances being produced and transported. In particular, the chlorine spill in Mississauga, Ontario in November 1979 has resulted in renewed interest in environmental assessment of the hazard of such spills"--Abstract.
