"The report is a compilation of design criteria for a Transverse Electromagnetic (TEM) cell, an EMP generator and a terminating network. From this information, two detailed designs are presented, one for a 50 ohms and the other for a 100 ohms cell. Both these designs integrate the three sections mentioned above into one shielded system"--Abstract, page iii.
