"The OECA-Hermes Satellite Experiment was an attempt to translate the Summer Academy model to the satellite distribution system and to offer a course of study in an area of Ontario not served by the OECA broadcast distribution system. The three areas chosen for this experiment were Chapleau, Fort Frances and Owen Sound. The Summer Academy program consisted of both English- and French-language components: Camp TVOntario and Allô! Êtes-vous là?"--page [i].
