"This Juristat article uses data from the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Survey to examine trends in human trafficking incidents that were reported to police, and discusses victim and accused person characteristics. In addition, this article will highlight prior contact with police among those accused of human trafficking. Data from the Integrated Criminal Court Survey (ICCS) are also presented to examine outcomes of cases related to human trafficking in court"--Page 4.
