"The Engineering Section of the Scientific Support Division is developing a new flow meter for the Lands Directorate of Environment Canada to measure the mass flow in peat bogs. In order to test the performance of this meter, the Hydraulics Division was requested to design and construct the test apparatus. The tests were conducted jointly by the Scientific Support Division and the Hydraulics Division in the Hydraulics laboratory at the National Water Research Institute.
