"The present work defines and illustrates a testing procedure related to the use of anti-icing fluids on commuter aircraft. The purpose of the procedure is to evaluate the interference caused by residual anti-icing fluid during the take-off of an aircraft with a rotation velocity and time to rotation significantly smaller than those of a large aircraft (such as the B737)"--Summary, page vii.
