"This report describes the equations that will be used to assess the damage due to flooding on properties bordering the Lower St. Lawrence. This document is a revised version of the RT-128 report, previously issued. While the main text of the previous report has been updated, all the impact functions showed in the Appendix have been revised, based on the data collected from recent field campaigns"--Introduction, page [1].
