Dynamic extended range forecasting with the CCC global circulation model / by Roger Daley.En57-55/87-7E-PDF

"The Atmospheric General Circulation Model of the Canadian Climate Centre has been used to produce a monthly forecast for January, 1983. A series of 10 integrations were performed from initial states chosen from the last week of December, 1982. A lagged average procedure has been used to produce the ensemble average forecasts and the model's climate drift has been accounted for by assuming a universal monotonic drift to the model's asymptotic climate"--Abstract, page i.
