"The industry is composed of establishments primarily engaged in the production of custom-made items, regardless of the printing method used. A wide variety of goods is produced ranging from simple black and white material to full colour, highly sophisticated pieces. Integrated printing facilities in organizations such as banks, insurance companies and governments, commonly referred to as "in house" printing plants, are excluded"--Page 1.
