"Recovery of Gibson’s Big Sand Tiger Beetle is determined to be biologically and technically feasible. The population and distribution objective is to improve the stability of extant populations of Gibson’s Big Sand Tiger Beetle in Canada by providing for the natural expansion of the species’ distribution. Recovery planning will be carried out through four broad strategies: inventory and monitoring, habitat management and stewardship, education and outreach, and research"--Executive summary, page iv.
