"The primary iron and steel industry consists of those firms which produce steel and roll it into primary mill shapes. The definition falls within SIC 291 but does not include the steel foundries, ferro-alloy plants, foundry iron plants or the re-rollers of steel, which are included in the statistical group"--Page 1.
