"On September 22, 2023, the Office of the Procurement Ombud (OPO) received a written complaint from a supplier (the Complainant) regarding a contract awarded by Pacific Economic Development Canada (PacifiCan). The contract was for a Project Manager to implement an independent departmental financial management system and was awarded as a contract under the ProServices supply arrangement no. E60ZT-180027. The contract was awarded on September 6, 2023 and was valued at $95,120.00 (taxes excluded)"--The complaint, page 3.
