"Between June 25 and July 11, 2024, the Office of the Procurement Ombud (OPO) received written complaints from 40 Canadian Suppliers (the Complainants) regarding the administration of 40 separate contracts awarded by the Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), specifically the Acquisitions Branch as the contracting office, on behalf of the Translation Bureau, as the project office (a separate group within PSPC). The contracts were for the provision of “Parliamentary and Conference Interpretation Services"--The complaints, page 3.
