"In 1951 a study of terminal weather at Arctic weather stations was undertaken to build up a knowledge of weather behaviour at the new Joint Canadian-American outposts. This summary was continued in 1952 and the present paper is a further extension. Nearly five years of data are now available and means for this period are presented"--Introduction, page [1].
