"This interim report presents the results of a reinvestigation into the proposed construction of a dam to create a water storage reservoir on the upper reaches of the Boyne-Morris River system west of Carman, Manitoba, near Stephenfield. The reservoir would have a full supply capacity of 3,600 acre-feet and could be depended upon to supply 1,100 acre-feet of water per year for agricultural and domestic consumption. The cost of the project, dependent upon the spillway chosen, will vary from $590,000 to $830,000"--Synopsis.
