"This is the fourth in a series of prawn exploration surveys carried out in British Columbia's central and northern coastal waters. The region covered in this present survey was the Southern Queen Charlotte Islands, east and west coasts. The survey was carried out aboard the fishing vessels CRINO D'ORO and EASY RIDER. In the newly explored region the three best areas: Tasu Sound, Juan Perez Sound, and Darwin Sound, were estimated to have a yearly potential production of prawns of 49 metric tons"--Abstract, page iii.
