"The main thrust of this report is to provide a comprehensive literature review on diffusion in polymers. The report starts out with a description of diffusion processes, clearly identifying the terminology involved as well as the methods for measuring diffusion coefficients. The factors affecting diffusivities and the theories for predicting the dependence of diffusivity on concentration are also covered. Finally, an experimental technique and a design for an experimental set-up are described"--Summary, page iii.
