"Shoreline vegetation maps were developed for Port Simpson and Big Bay in Chatham Sound from 1:6,000 photographic scale 23 cm format colour and colour infrared diapositives. Fifty km of coastline were mapped from 419 photographs"--Abstract, page iv.
