POTFLO : a suite of programs for calculating potential flow about ship hulls / David Hally ; approved by L.J. Leggat.D68-21/43-1989E-PDF

"The suite of programs POTFLO calculates the potential flow around ship hulls. It was created by rewriting the program suite EN967 which calculates the potential flow around bodies with lifting surfaces. POTFLO does not allow lifting surfaces but improves on EN967 in reliability, efficiency, portability, ease of use, and ease of modification. POTFLO also allows inclusion of an actuator disk to model the influence of a propeller, and corrections for the presence of the boundary layer. The potential flow is calculated using a first order panel method"--Abstract, page ii.
