"Natural night radiation measurements were recorded at Lac Montauban, Quebec, during the period 4-18 October, 1968. Two cosine-corrected photometers were used, one having a photopically corrected S-11 response, the other an S-20 response. Meteorological observations included temperature, cloud cover, barometric pressure and humidity"--Abstract, page i.
