"During May and June, Baffin made 132 plankton tows, 70 by Hensen net, 25 by stramin net and 37 by Icelandic High Speed Sampler. Sackville made 12 plankton tows, all by Hensen net. The fish eggs from the plankton collection have been counted, measured and classified according to stages. The fish larvae have been counted and measured"--Introduction, page 1.
