"The purpose of the project was to review SoTB indicators for the Columbia Basin Trust region (the Basin) and assess their ability to measure the effectiveness of climate adaptation. The goals of the project were to develop a suite of regional-level climate change indicators to measure community climate adaptation efforts, assist communities in understanding climate change and adaptation, help decision makers in the Basin make informed decisions and measure the success of adaptation efforts"--page 5.
