"This report presents: the findings; the conclusions; and the recommendations of the evaluation of the funding allocated by the Department of Canadian Heritage TV5 Program to the TV5 partnership. The evaluation was conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Treasury Board Secretariat Policy on Results (2016) and the Financial Administration Act. It was carried out in accordance with the Departmental Evaluation Plan 2024-25 to 2028-29 and examines: the relevance and efficiency of the Program over a period of 7 years, from April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2024; and its effectiveness over a period of 6 years, from April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2023"--Introduction, page 6.
