"This guide briefly describes the conventions to follow for formatting Suffield Reports, Memoranda and Special Publications. The guide states: the parts included in each publication; the information that is to appear on the title page; a description of an abstract and executive summary; general guidelines for the text itself; the conventions to follow for references and citations; and the placement and numbering of tables and figures. Examples are included. These conventions are intended to standardize publications within DRES"--page iii.
