"This report presents the findings, conclusions, and recommendations from the evaluation of the Canada Cultural Investment Fund (Program). The evaluation was conducted to meet the evaluation requirements outlined in the Treasury Board Policy on Results (2016), the Financial Administration Act, as well as the information needs of senior management. The evaluation was conducted as specified in the Departmental Evaluation Plan 2024-25 to 2028-29. It covers the six-year period from 2018-19 to 2023-24 and examines the relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Program"--Introduction, page 6.
