"The Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) will disburse $14.9 billion by 2027-28, which is $20.1 billion less than the target of $35 billion. This disbursement projection is slightly lower than the $15.9 billion projected in the 2021 PBO report. By 2029-30, the CIB is projected to disburse $20.7 billion. Disbursements for Indigenous projects have already met their $1 billion target and are expected to reach $3.1 billion by 2027-28"--Highlights, page 1.
