"This memorandum provides directives on acceptable forms of financial security including their submission, update, and termination for the participation in bonded revenue transactions with the Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA). It applies to Trade Chain Partners (TCPs) and Financial Security Providers. This memorandum must be read in conjunction with other memorandums issued by the CBSA bonded programs, for which the financial security is provided"--Page [1].
