520	|a"In October 2014, the GSC subsequently conducted downhole geophysical logging in two unconsolidated sediment boreholes drilled by the OGS within the south Simcoe study area (Table 1). The primary objective of this logging was to measure downhole compressional (Vp) and shear wave (Vs) velocities in boreholes drilled near seismic reflection profiles collected by the GSC. This borehole dataset was used by the GSC to verify the conversion of the seismic reflection time sections into depth sections.
