"The Environmental Response Standards (referred to below as "the Standards") support and provide context to the Environmental Response Regulations (ERR) (referred to below as "the Regulations"). These Regulations repeal the Response Organization Regulations and deal with matters related to the prevention of, and response to oil pollution incidents from oil handling facilities (OHFs) of a class established by the ERR that are engaged in the loading or unloading of oil to or from a prescribed vessel"--Page 7.
