"An analysis of the errors appearing in the temperature forecasts provided by the Central Analysis Office for Ottawa has been carried out for the period 1 December 1969 to 30 November 1970. It was found that cloud cover and precipitation occurrence has a marked influence on these errors"--Abstract.
