Basic biological data from fish caught during the Canadian Beaufort Sea Marine Ecosystem Assessment (CBS-MEA), August and September 2017, 2018, 2019 / by Krystal Woodard, Andrew R. Majewski, Mark Ouellette,...Fs97-13/1473E-PDF

"Fisheries and Oceans Canada conducted baseline surveys of marine fishes and their habitats in the southern Canadian Beaufort Sea and Amundsen Gulf as part of the Canadian Beaufort Sea Marine Ecosystem Assessment (CBS-MEA). CBS-MEA continued the research of the Beaufort Sea Marine Fishes Project (BSMFP, 2012-2014). Sampling presented herein was conducted during the months of August and September during the years 2017 to 2019 aboard the F/V Frosti. Sixty-two stations along 14 transects were sampled during that period. Standardized sampling was conducted at pre-determined depth stations (20-1500 m) using benthic trawling nets, resulting in capture of a minimum of 43 species. This report contains information on fishing net deployments, catch per unit effort (CPUE), and basic biological data for all fishes caught"--Abstract, page iv.
