"On behalf of the Transportation Development Centre (TDC) of Transport Canada (TC) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), APS Aviation Inc. (APS) undertook a research program to further advance aircraft ground de/anti-icing technology. This report documents the exploratory research and general activities completed by APS related to aircraft ground deicing research in the winter of 2004-05.
