"This flight test guide sets out the techniques, procedures and the marking criteria that will be used by Civil Aviation Inspectors and Pilot Examiners for the conduct of the flight test required to demonstrate the skill requirements for the issuance of the Recreational Pilot Permit - Aeroplane. This flight test guide is intended for use by flight test candidates, flight training units, flight instructors and examiners. Detailed descriptions and explanations of the items as numbered on the flight test form can be found by referring to the corresponding chapter number in the Flight Training Manual p and the Flight Instructor Guide published under the authority of Transport Canada. Compliance with this flight test guide will meet the requirements of CAR Standard 428 – Schedule 2 of the Personnel Licensing and Training Standards, respecting the Conduct of Flight Tests"--Page i.
