"This Guidance Document describes the analytical methods identified for use in determining the volatile organic compound (VOC) concentrations and VOC emission potential for the purposes of the Volatile Organic Compound Concentration Limits for Certain Products Regulations (the Regulations). The Regulations apply to manufacturers and importers in Canada and establish VOC limits for the import and manufacture of products in approximately 130 product categories and sub-categories covering product types such as personal care products, automotive and household maintenance products, adhesives, adhesive removers, sealants and caulks as well as other miscellaneous products. …"--Introduction, page 1.
