"This report provides stable isotope data (δ13C and δ15N) for marine sediments and 10 species of marine invertebrates collected in the Western Canadian Arctic by the Beaufort Sea Marine Fishes Project (BSMFP) and Canadian Beaufort Sea Marine Ecosystem Assessment (CBS-MEA) programs from 2012-2024. These data are summarized by species, year, station, and region to provide information on individual, species, spatial, and temporal variability of primary and secondary consumers in benthic and pelagic habitats in the Canadian Beaufort Sea and Amundsen Gulf system. These data provide critical baselines for the interpretation of trophic shifts and food web linkages because they reflect differences in species-level feeding ecologies and functional traits as well as variable resource input to the marine system in the western Canadian Arctic"--Abstract, page viii.
