The health and wellness services delivered to veterans involve continuous interaction between VAC, the Department of National Defence (DND), the RCMP, provincial authorities, veterans’ groups, community organizations and a large number of health, rehabilitation and transition professionals not employed by the Government of Canada. The purpose of this report is to conduct an overall assessment of these health and wellness services from the standpoint of the individuals who are in daily contact with the veterans receiving those services.
