Reports on the federal government’s financial situation during the fiscal year. It presents the money the government took in (revenues); money the government spent (expenses); the difference between revenues and expenses (the budgetary balance and financial source/requirement); and the government’s debt. It also compares what the government expected to take in and pay out during the year with what actually happened. Includes condensed financial statements and more comprehensive fiscal reference tables.
