This publication is a summary of the Sixth Biennial Meeting on Northern Climate and the Mid Study Workshop of the Mackenzie Basin Impact Study, a six-year effort dealing with the regional implications of climate change. The joint meeting/workshop was sponsored by Environment Canada, Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, Science Institute of the NWT, Canadian Polar Commission, Canadian Global Change Program of the Royal Society of Canada, and Department of Renewable Resources of the Government of the NWT.--Introduction
