Reforming electoral democracy: What Canadians told us : Z1-1989/2-4-1991E

This volume presents a sampling of the raw material on which commissionners based their deliberations. The volume draws on the testimony, written submissions, and symposium discussions to offer a picture of Canadians' concerns about electoral democracy and their aspirations for its future. This volume also contains the Report of the Committee for Aboriginal Reform and provides complete lists of witnesses before the Committee, those who submitted briefs and letters, and the research projects completed for the Commisssion. Appendices.
