A phytoplankton monitoring program was initiated in the Western Isles region of the Bay of Fundy in 1987... Results from the earlier years on the monitoring program have been published previously (Wildish et al. 1988, 1990; Martin et al. 1995, 1999). This report presents results from analyses of phytoplankton, plant nutrients, temperature and salinity during the 2 yrs, 1997 and 1998.--Introduction
