Guide to Statistics Canada's programs and products, 1991 : CS12-575E

For some years, the Standards Division of Statistics Canada has maintained an information data base, the Statistical Data Documentation System (SDDS), detailing the over 400 surveys and statistical programs of Statistics Canada. For each of these, there is available a standard set of descriptive information. It is from the SDDS that some items of information have been extracted for this publication.... For this publication it has been possible to reproduce only a few items of description of the surveys and statistical programs, to indicate some of the main topics covered by them and to list the products through which the data compiled by them are disseminated.--Page xi
