Tulips have been associated with Ottawa for the past half century when the people of the Netherlands made the city a gift of 100,000 tulip bulbs for providing a home to the royal family during World War II. This coffee-table publication, by well-know photographer, Malak, demonstrates how this gift has enhanced the beauty of Canada's capital city.
