In March 1998, the Federal Economic Development Agency in Northern Ontario (FedNor) and the Aboriginal Working Group (AWG) undertook a consultation with Aboriginal youth. The initiative took the form of accessing Our Future, a three-day forum which invited over one hundred Aboriginal youth from Northern Ontario to provide their input on the economic development issues they face. The forum was held March 27th to 29th in Thunder Bay, Ontario...
