Hospital care for heart attacks among First Nations, Inuit and Métis : H118-83/2013E
Explores whether disparities exist between the rates of heart attacks and in-hospital treatment-related factors and outcomes for First Nations, Inuit and Métis and for others in Canada. In addition to findings from the data analysis, the report includes the results of a scan of Canadian interventions that identify promising approaches to health service delivery that support Aboriginal populations in dealing with chronic disease.
