Follow-up on special study of federal offices in Quebec designated to respond to the public in both English and French : SF31-43/2000

This report is a follow-up on the study we conducted in 1994 to determine the extent to which federal offices which are designated bilingual offered good quality service in English and French. The report deals with the situation in Quebec. Its purpose is to determine whether the recommendations made in 1994 produced results and to ensure effective corrective action for any deficiency found in the offices included in the follow-up.--Summary
