The National Aboriginal Achievement Foundation (NAAF) is a nationally registered nonprofit organization that promotes the education and professional development of Aboriginal Peoples, with a particular focus on youth, by providing the necessary tools to assist participants in achieving prosperous futures. The core objectives of this evaluation project are to assess the rationale/relevance, design/delivery, success, and cost-effectiveness of the federal funding provided to NAAF to administer programs and services to Canadian Aboriginal Peoples. This report highlights lessons learned under each of these areas and provides salient recommendations for consideration.
