Audit of the twinning of the TransCanada Highway project : Mountains Parks - final report : R62-430/2012
Aimed to provide senior management with the assurance that the project’s management control framework is adequate to ensure compliance with TBS and Parks Canada financial and contracting policies and practices. The audit also intended to ensure that adequate risk management, monitoring and reporting mechanisms were in place to mitigate risks inherent to the project.
